Microsoft could be working on making Cortana better in holding conversations, however, the software maker can also be increasingly breaking up its digital assistant out of Windows 10. This originally started with the de-coupling of Cortana from search from the recent Windows-10 might 2019 Update, and now Microsoft is bringing Cortana to the Microsoft Store is a separate app.
A Cortana beta has appeared from the store, plus it hints which the digital helper could not be assembled into Windows 10.
