Here Are the Easy-To-Follow Steps to Install Windows 10 from USB
Step 1: Format the drive and set the partition as active
Windows or even Mac operating system has an inbuilt formatting tool. You don’t need to install a USD formatter tool (some people will recommend it but I feel it is unnecessary).
Firstly, connect the USB flash drive to your spare PC and open Disk Management. You can use the search bar at the bottom left of the screen to locate it or press Win+R on your keyboard and execute the command diskmgmt.msc via command prompt.
A new window will open up where you need to select the FAT32 file system and then set the partition as active.
Step 2: Transfer Windows setup to the USB flash drive
Now since you have your USB flash drive plugged in, formatted and ready, you simply need to copy and paste the ISO file or the contents of the Windows 10 Setup DVD in it. Again, even after formatting, make sure there are no other files present in the USB flash drive. The presence of other files will hinder the process of making your USB flash drive bootable.
Step 3: Install Windows 10 on your machine
Pull out the USB flash drive from the spare PC and connect it on the computer (without starting the PC) on which you wish to install Windows 10. Press the start button and before the Windows logo shows up press any of these keys: Esc/F10/F12. Select the option that boots the USB flash drive. There you go!
